Cut-off time for all online and phone orders are 2:00 PM AEST. We will endeavor to process and dispatch all orders that are placed before the cut-off time in the next 1-2 business days. (Subject to stock availability)We do not dispatch orders on weekends and public holidays.
This is an express service which will require a signature upon delivery, therefore your work address or home address where someone is usually present during business hours is ideal.he courier does not call receiver before delivery, however a tracking number will be provided so that you can track the delivery progress with the courier online or over the phone. "Pick Up" option is available to select upon check out if you wish to collect your order from our shopfront. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for collection. It is important for the customer to check this notification prior to their visit to avoid disappointment as some items are warehoused offsite and will require to be transferred to the store for customer's collection.Pick up must be made by the credit card holder and a photo ID (i.e.: Drivers License) and the credit card used must be shown upon collection for security purposes. All of our shipments within Australia are covered by Insurance.You must reject the delivery if the parcel shows any signs of damage or clearly note any damages on the connote paper with the driver before signing off the parcel/delivery. Failure in doing so will result in rejection for insurance claim.Please contact us immediately if your parcel has been damaged during transit and provide photos of the damaged goods.Izen Australia will not be responsible for any damages after you have signed off the delivery/connote under the sections which states that the delivery has been received in good condition.
All shipping cost incurred when sending products for return are at customers expense unless it was a shipment/order error made by Izen Australia . Izen Australia will use the available shipping method and pay for the shipping on replacement unit(s).

We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by Izen Australia for security purpose.We will only deliver when the payment has been cleared and all details have been confirmed.Customers may be responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.Izen Australia will make every effort to deliver on time in quickest possible manner. However, we shall not be held liable for damages/inconvenience arisen from any delays.Customers may need to provide signature to accept the delivered parcel. The courier will not leave your parcel unattended if no one authorised to accept the parcel is present and your parcel will be taken back to their delivery centre to be scheduled for re-delivery. However, the fee for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customers when the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. This is only applicable to courier-based delivery method.If item/s received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item/s as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.All orders placed after 3:30 PM AEST will be treated as the next business day's order.
