Product Availability
Whilst we make every attempt to maintain stock of every item we offer on our website, from time to time some items may be out of stock due to delays and supply issues with our suppliers and distributors. We will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item.
Website Accuracy
We take pride in providing you with correct and current information regarding our products, however from time to time the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). HD Trading International Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.
Payment
Website: We accept Bank Transfer, BPAY, Direct deposit, Mastercard, Visa and EFTPOS. At the Store: We accept Mastercard, Visa, EFTPOS and cash payments.
For Bank Cheque/ Personal Cheque/ Money order, please allow additional 3 business days for cheques to clear. For Bank direct deposit and Internet bank transfer, please using the order number as payment reference.
Payment by credit cards are subjected to verification process. We reserve the right to cancel the order if we cannot verify that the order has been placed by the authorised card holder. Please see our Payment Methods page for complete information on payment.
Shipping
We offer express delivery Australian Wide.
Your items will be processed within 24-48 hours when full payment is received and confirmed by our financial institution. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the items to be delivered.
Please make sure that the delivery address is correct before completing your payment as we only ship item to your registered checkout address. A re-delivery fee would be charged if your delivery is incorrect or unclaimed.
Shipping to Australian address is insured. In the event of loss, theft or damage in transit, you need to notify us the nature of the damage immediately or the insurance claim may not be sucessful. All claims are subject to investigation and we will only ship a replacement after the investigation complete. Please note that investigations may take up to 4 weeks to complete. We will inform you the progress of your claim.
HD Trading International Australia would not be responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.

Warranty / Returns
It is the responsibility of the Local Distributor to repair or replace the handset under warranty contract. However HD Trading International Australia is happy to assist with all of your warranty enquiries. Please ensure that you request a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number before returning all products. Please visit our warranty page for complete details on returning products.
HD Trading International Australia reserves the right to await for approval from the manufacturer prior to replacing an item if we suspect the fault may be due to physical or liquid damage, or if the fault cannot be replicated / confirmed.
Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or incorrect installation damage will not be replaced/ repaired and will incur a minimum $35.00 inspection fee.
