We offers a 7 day return policy for change of mind.

All products returned must be in its original and brand new condition, complete and contain all original manufacturer boxes and all inclusion & accessories included with the original shipment. We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed re-sellable as a new product.

Restock fee of 15% will apply for change of mind. Further restocking fee may apply subject to conditions of the product.

Refund or exchange is issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods.

Refunds on purchase made with a credit card will only be credited back to the same card.

Shipping and handling charges is not refundable.

Returns may not be accepted without a valid invoice / docket number. For faster processing,please have your invoice number, name, product purchased and the reason for your return ready when enquiring.
